The Bartenders Society 2024
After a 2022 edition focusing on the present and a 2023 edition focusing on cocktails from the past,
The Bartenders Society closed its trilogy on TIME, with the challenge in 2024.
‘Inspire the bartenders of tomorrow, imagine the mixology of tomorrow’.
Its French and International finals were held at the Paris Aquarium on 18 and 19 November 2024.

FRENCH WINNER
Yoann PEFFER, based in Saint-Raphaël, is the winner of this France 2024 edition.
He thus becomes the ambassador of The Bartenders Society France for the next
and will join the France 2025 jury. He will also have the chance to visit the Saint James distillery in Martinique.

International Winner
Ned Ratcliffe, winner of The Bartenders Society 2024, represented the element of FIRE with his creations. His Beloved cocktail blends rum, anisette, coconut and mango to create a spicy, exotic drink, while Ember combines apple juice infused with burnt wood, white chocolate and almond milk for a warm, smoky experience. These cocktails capture the heat and intensity of fire.
